Please be aware that due to the increased demand for our Service and Safety Centre, our bookings have reached an extended wait period. Rest assured, we are putting measures in place to ensure we can continue to support your business and vehicle servicing requirements as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, these wait times have been affected by a large number of no-shows or late cancellations, which disrupt our scheduling and further extend the wait period.

As such, a cancellation fee will apply to all service bookings - please take the time to read the policy below.

Cancellation Fee Policy

If you cancel, reschedule or fail to attend your booking without giving a minimum 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled booking time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $150. 

This policy will enable us to better manage our bookings which will benefit all of our customers.
