We understand the essential role you, our customers and our drivers play within the industry, and we remain committed to your safety and keeping you on the road. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 we have introduced further safety measures and procedures at each of our three branches. Please take the time to read more below to find out how you can access our sites, service your vehicle(s), buy parts and used trucks, and order and take delivery of new equipment.
COVID-19 CONTACT TRACING
If you are visiting the parts showroom, using the drivers lounge, or visiting a staff member, please scan the QR code located at entries, service desks and reception, using your mobile phone camera to sign in. Rest assured that your details will be stored securely and only used for the purpose of COVID-19 contact tracing.
Visitors are required to wear a face covering or mask and provide their contact details when entering any one of our three sites in order to aid tracing in the event of a positive case. Temperature testing is required upon entry at CMV Truck Centre. Visitors and staff are expected to maintain a social distance of 1.5m, personal hygiene and utilise the hand sanitiser available at entry and exit points.
Each of our sites employ best practice measures for your health and safety, as well as that of our staff. All services are operational with measures in place like contactless pick-up and delivery of parts, phone and online ordering and enquiry, video calling, and more.
In addition to these precautions, we ask that if you feel unwell, please do not visit our dealership. We are happy to find alternative means of meeting your needs. Please call ahead to work out a plan!
NEW & USED VEHICLE SALES
Our sales team is fully operational, available to assist via phone, FaceTime, video conferencing and face-to-face meetings.
If your vehicle is due for delivery, you would like to place an order for new equipment or sign a contract, rest assured that our team are prepared to provide you the same service you've come to expect. The Kenworth & DAF production facility remains open, building new trucks to meet customer and tax incentive purchase deadlines. Should you wish to view any stock trucks, from a distance, please get in touch with your Sales Consultant to arrange a video tour.
Our parts showrooms remain open, with visitors expected to sign-in via QR code available at the service desk, maintain a social distance of 1.5m, and utilise the hand sanitiser on site. Our staff can also support you with phone sales, contactless delivery and collection, and emergency breakdown assistance.
Continue to buy with confidence and ask our team to demonstrate and interpret your parts via photo or video, if you are unable to visit us.
CALL & COLLECT
Simply call or submit an enquiry online to order parts. If you wish to collect your order, we ask that you follow the directional signage on-site and remain in your vehicle for a contactless delivery.
As an alternative to call and collect, our teams are still offering parts delivery twice daily, now contactless for your convenience, health and safety.
Contactless protocol remains in place for pre-arranged service and maintenance repairs. Our service departments continue to provide scheduled servicing and major component rebuilds. Please note, temperature testing is required for customers needing to remain on-site.
