As a valued customer or supplier of CMV Truck Centre, we wanted to provide you with information following the State Government's recent announcement regarding the listing of South Australia's lockdown from 12.01am Wednesday, July 28.

All of our sites and departments are open and trading as normal. Our commitment to keeping you on the road whilst ensuring your safety, as well as the safety of our team is paramount. We look forward to welcoming you into our dealership and ask that you please familiarise yourself with some of these important health and safety practices across our sites.  

• Whilst you are at our dealership, you will be required to wear a face mask. If you don't have a mask, we are happy to provide you with one. Please ask at reception. Our staff will also be required to wear one in common areas.
• It is mandatory for all visitors to undertake a temperature test and check-in using the QR code upon arrival at the dealership.   
• Please maintain social distancing at all times and observe the density limit signs displayed across our sites. Hand sanitiser is available throughout our dealership to help prevent the spread of infection.

We ask that if you feel unwell, please do not visit our dealership or parts showrooms. We are happy to find alternative means of meeting your needs and welcome you to call ahead to work out a plan.

NEW & USED VEHICLE SALES

Our sales team is fully operational and are on site. Our team will be ensuring appropriate social distancing practices are maintained to ensure your and their safety. If your vehicle is due for delivery, you would like to place an order for new equipment or sign a contract, rest assured that our team will happily work with you to meet your requirements, and to provide you the same service you've come to expect. 

PARTS

Our parts showrooms at CMV Truck Centre, TRP Adelaide and CMV Riverland Parts remain open to support your essential transport needs with over the counter parts sales, phone sales, online parts orders, contactless delivery and collection, as well as emergency breakdown assistance.

PARTS INTERPRETATION
Continue to buy with confidence and ask our team to interpret your needs or demonstrate parts via photo or video.  

CALL & COLLECT
Simply call or submit an enquiry online to order parts. If you wish to collect your order, we ask that you remain in your vehicle for a contactless delivery.

PARTS DELIVERY
As an alternative to call and collect, our teams are still offering delivery by arrangement to minimise close contact for your convenience, health and safety.  

Please note that you will be required to wear a face mask while on site to collect parts.

SERVICE

Contactless protocols remain in place for pre-arranged service and maintenance repairs. Our service departments continue to provide scheduled servicing, major component rebuilds, road worthy inspections and repairs, as well as 24/7 roadside assistance. 

Please note that our driver's waiting lounge has re-opened, although at a limited capacity. Where possible, we request that you leave your vehicle with us rather than waiting on site.
